At Christ the King, the school uniform is designed to create an atmosphere appropriate for learning and to support Christ the King’s sense of community. The clothing regulations are a reflection of the high standards expected by the Superintendent of Catholic Schools, as well as our pastor, principal, faculty and families. Uniforms help ensure that each of our student’s self-esteem comes from internal feelings of success and is not related to external trappings.
Students will have two uniforms: everyday uniforms and Mass Dress uniforms for days when we have school Mass. The uniforms vary for boys and girls in certain grades for both everyday and Mass Dress uniforms. Please visit the Dennis Uniform page for details and our school handbook for more information.
Throughout the year, there will be certain days where students will not have to wear a uniform. Some of these days may include: Spirit Dress t-shirts and Free Dress days. These special uniform days will be communicated on the school calendar.
Used uniforms are available for purchase throughout the school year in the Used Uniform Room on the second floor of the school. The monies collected go to the Christ the King Parent Teacher Organization. Used uniforms that are clean and in great condition may also be donated back to the school. Please check-in with the front desk to inquire about our Used Uniforms.
